Your role:
As a Corporate Claims and Production Manager, you will be responsible for the complete management of insurance files for large companies, both in terms of insurance production (issuing and monitoring contracts) and claims (monitoring and compensating clients).
You will be the main point of contact for corporate clients and ensure rigorous and effective support.
Your responsibilities:
Client Relations:
- Position yourself as a key partner by developing a lasting relationship of trust with clients.
- Listen to and analyze their specific needs in order to offer tailored solutions and identify new business opportunities.
- Identify opportunities to improve our portfolio management and claims resolution service to ensure optimal customer service and build customer loyalty.
- Collaborate with clients, partners, and companies to respond quickly and effectively to their requests, while maintaining professional and fluid communication, in order to support them in their efforts related to the management of their requests.
Insurance Production Management:
- Manage a portfolio of large corporate (B2B) clients, both existing and prospective, ensuring the issuance, monitoring, and updating of contracts (amendments, guarantees, appendices).
- Ensure correct interpretation of requests and take initiatives to ensure accurate, fast, and efficient processing of files.
- Monitor collections and carry out accounting reminders if necessary.
Claims Management:
- Be the main point of contact for clients in the event of a claim and support them throughout the compensation process.
- Analyze claim reports, collect the necessary information, and collaborate with insurance companies, experts, and other stakeholders to ensure efficient management.
- Ensure correct interpretation of contractual guarantees and ensure that compensation is provided under the best possible conditions.
Administrative Management and Tools:
- Ensure rigorous and proactive administrative management of files in our tools (BRIO) in order to optimize monitoring, cross-selling, and service continuity.
- Perform administrative tasks related to files: updating information, following up with clients and companies, internal reporting.
Your profile:
- Bachelor's degree in Insurance or equivalent through experience, with PCP certification.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in corporate insurance brokerage, with expertise in claims and/or insurance production management.
- Excellent knowledge of BRIO and MS-Office tools.
- Excellent command of Dutch and French. Knowledge of English is an asset.
- Dynamic, rigorous, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
